Invest Qatar has unveiled a $1 billion incentive scheme designed to boost investment and broaden economic diversity. Revealed during the 5th Qatar Economic Forum, this initiative delivers financial assistance covering approximately 40% of expenditures—encompassing setup, construction, leasing, and workforce costs—across a five-year timeframe.

The programme's initial phase includes four specialized offerings: attracting new capital investments, enhancing and modernizing existing enterprises, cultivating employment opportunities requiring advanced qualifications, and facilitating the exchange of technical expertise and knowledge between organizations.
