Italy, Albania, and the United Arab Emirates have established a trilateral partnership focused on developing renewable energy initiatives. A key component involves constructing an underwater power cable designed to transport clean electricity from Albania to Italy.

The collaboration aims to harness Albania's substantial renewable energy resources while incorporating the UAE's infrastructure expertise and financing capabilities. This project is anticipated to strengthen energy security across the region and support the European Union's objectives for renewable energy expansion.
